Maple Cinnamon Pumpkin Seeds
Roasted pumpkin seeds that are sweetened with maple syrup and pumpkin pie seasoning !!
- 1/2 cup raw shelled pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup 100% pure
- 1/8 teaspoon pumpin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch of sea salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare sheet pan with parchment paper or a silpat.
In a small bowl combine all ingredients and stir until seeds are fully coated.
Spread out seeds on the sheet pan and sprinkle with sea salt.
Bake for 10-12 minutes (keep an eye on them).
Let cool out of the oven for at least 10 minutes to allow time to harden.
The seeds end up looking like brittle from the sweet maple syrup. Break into as many pieces as you wish !
If after seeds are sticky and not hard, just bake for 1-2 more minutes
