Maple Rosemary Carrots
Delicious OVEN ROASTED Maple glazed Carrots with fresh Rosemary
- 4-5 carrots
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 lemon slice
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Prepare a greased or non stick baking pan
Wash, peel, and slice carrots into 1/4 thick pennies (slices)
In a small bowl combine all the ingredients except the lemon slice
Stir to coat all the carrots in mixture
Pour carrots onto prepared sheet pan and roast in the oven for about 20 minutes until roasty ( thats a word right ? ) and tender
Squeeze lemon on top when carrots are done and out of the oven
