In a food processor, add in dates, sunbutter, coconut oil, coconut flour, and all seeds. Pulse until well combined.
Press lightly into desired silicone molds and refrigerate while you make the next layer. If making into bars , use loaf pan with parchment paper.
Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat. You can also use the double-boiler method or the microwave ! Melt about 85% of the chocolate chips and keep stirring ( off the heat ) until all chocolate chips are fully melted. This will help with how the chocolate sets!
Once chocolate is melted, add in rice krispies and stir until combined.
Pour into silicone molds ( or loaf pan ) over date layer and refrigerate/ freeze for at least 35 minutes.
Sprinkle with sea salt flakes
